Experiment:
Fill a metal container with ice cubes. Stand it in a warm place and leave it for a few minutes.
Then look at the container. You will see drops of water on the outside of it.
Water molecules in the warm air lose energy and slow down when they are cooled by the ice. They stick to each other, forming water droplets.
